As you go through the process of completing the Onboarding Checklist, one of the most important steps is connecting your store! Atomix offers many different store integrations, but to connect any store we start at the same place in our app.

1. Connect your Store
Regardless of your selling channel, all store integrations start with the same steps in our app. Follow the steps below to connect!
Click "Account" Button from navigation panel
Click "Stores" Tab
All Connected Stores will Appear here.
Client Has Ability to Remove Store.
Click "Connect Store" (on the Right Side of Screen)
Select the Store from the Dropdown Menu
Follow The On Screen Steps for the Selected Store
Each Channel has Different Processes. See "Example Section Below"
Success! Your Store is Now Connected. Please reach out to your Atomix team and let them know you've completed this step. Unsure if your connection was successful? Instead of trying again, reach out to a member of our team.

Congratulations! Your store is successfully connected to the Atomix platform, but you have a few questions about what that really means...
Will orders start shipping automatically?
Will orders start shipping automatically?
No, connecting your store does not mean orders will start to ship. Connecting your store means that Atomix has the ability to pull your orders into our system. This does not trigger fulfillment automatically.
When will I see orders in the Atomix App? Is any information required?
When will I see orders in the Atomix App? Is any information required?
You will see orders in the Atomix app when the integration is set to 'live' by the Atomix team, the day of your launch. In order to make our connection, our team will need to know the order date AND order number we should begin fulfillment from. If there is a backlog of orders due to a gap in fulfillment, please let your Atomix team know in advance of launch day.
