How to get orders in the Atomix App? Glad you asked, let's dive in! :)

As you go through the process of completing the Onboarding Checklist, one of the most important steps is connecting your store!


Table of Contents:


  1. Click "Account" Button from navigation panel

  2. Click "Stores" Tab

    1. All Connected Stores will Appear here.

    2. Client Has Ability to Remove Store.

  3. Click "Connect Store" (on the Right Side of Screen)

  4. Select the Store from the Dropdown Menu

  5. Follow The On Screen Steps for the Selected Store

    Each Channel has Different Processes. See "Example Section Below"

  6. Success! Your Store is Now Connected.

    1. After You have Granted API Access, Please Tell Your Onboarding Specialist!

    2. If Your Integration Failed, Please Follow the Steps in the Examples Below or Reach Out to Your OB Specialist.

  7. Next Steps! Continue On Your Checklist to the Next Step - Upload Inventory
