Connecting your Shopify Store

  1. Enter Shopify Store Domain Name and click "Next."

  2. Click the "Open Authentication" Button.

  3. A Popup Window Opens in Atomix App to Extensiv Integration Manager. (Learn more about our partner here).

  4. Click Grant API Access.

    1. You must select "Grant API Access" in order to be taken to the Shopify login page.

  5. In Shopify: Now, You will be taken to the Shopify Login Page.

    1. First, sign into your Shopify account.

    2. Second, you will be prompted to install our partners Shopify App.

    3. Last, install the app in your Shopify Store.

  6. In Popup window: You will see "Authorization Complete" if successful

    1. If that doesn't happen, take a screen shot and share with your Onboarding Specialist on Slack!

  7. In Atomix App: You should see your store listed under the stores tab.

    1. If that doesn't happen, try refreshing your scree. If you do not see the store, take a screen shot and share with your Onboarding Specialist on Slack.

  8. Success!

    1. Let your Onboarding Specialist know you have successfully linked your store.

      After connecting your store, please give Atomix collaborator access.

      You can find your collaborator request code and review requests in Settings > Users and Permissions > Collaborators in Shopify.
