Do you offer Same-Day Shipping? Yes. Orders in "Received" status by 1:00 PM CT are shipped the same day. Expedited orders must be received by 12:00 PM CT.

Which carriers do you use? Atomix compares real-time rates between FedEx, UPS, USPS, and ShipX. Note: DHL is no longer part of our standard carrier network.

How are returns handled? Returns are managed through the Atomix App and integrations like TwoBoxes, following the inspection and restocking rules defined by your brand.

Freight Management: FTL vs. LTL

For inventory replenishment, it is critical to understand the loading methods:

  • Full Truckload (FTL): Recommended for shipments exceeding 12-14 pallets. It is direct, faster, and reduces the risk of damage from handling.

  • Less Than Truckload (LTL): Ideal for 1 to 10 pallets. It is more cost-effective but involves multiple stops and transfers.

Inbound Requirements: All freight shipments must be scheduled through the Conduit system. Unscheduled deliveries or those lacking ASN documentation may face 10-15 business day delays and financial penalties.
