The Atomix app has undergone a major UI overhaul, offering users a much more detailed and accessible experience.

  • Clearer organization and navigation, making it easier to find and access key functions

  • Enhanced visual design for a more polished and modern look

  • Expanded data visualization capabilities for better insights

  • Streamlined workflows to improve productivity and efficiency

The new UI provides a comprehensive view of the app's features, empowering users to quickly get the information they need and take action. We're confident these improvements will elevate the Atomix experience for all our users.

In the coming weeks, we will update all Atomix videos and FAQs to reflect the new user interface changes. However, please note that all existing SLAs and terminology used at Atomix will remain the same. Only the Atomix app's visual appearance has been updated, while the underlying functionality and policies will stay consistent.

Navigating the New Atomix App UI

Inventory Tab

The Action button has been removed, with inventory-related options now directly accessible on the screen.

You can now easily:

  • Set up SKU Mapping for your online store bundles

  • Bulk upload inventory using the Upload Inventory feature

  • Create individual SKUs with the Create Inventory option

Right next to these options, you'll find buttons to Refresh your inventory view and Export all inventory data.

The search bar and ability to filter by Inventory Type (e.g. Packaging, Bundles, Inserts) remain available.

Orders Tab

The action button has been replaced with a "Create Order" button. Next to it there is a refresh option and an option to export all orders (click on the export option and then click on the bell icon to download your export).

A search bar, order date filter, and ship date filter are available. Additional filters can be accessed by clicking the three-dot menu.

The new view shows orders under "Needs Review", "On Hold", "Received", and "Processing" statuses. To view "Shipped", "Cancelled", or "All" orders, click the three-dot menu next to "Processing".

The order status meanings remain unchanged. You can click here to view what each status means.

Receiving Tab

The Action button has been removed. The Receiving Tab now shows options to create a receiving, book domestic or international freight, and export your receivings.

There is a search bar and filter to view shipment status - incoming, arrived, or completed.

Our Receiving Guidelines remain the same. Click here to view.

Returns Tab

The Action button has been removed. The Returns Tab now has an option to Create Claim by filling out a form, as well as an option to create a return manually in the app.

Additionally, there is an option to export all your returns data. Below the Returns Tab, you can search for a returned order number and filter the returns by status, reason for return, and action to take.

To view our return guidelines click here.

Accounts Tab

The Account Tab remains the same. It allows you to view your Account settings, Connected Stores, Users, submit Special Projects, manage your Notifications settings, and view your profile details.

Other Tabs

The Dashboard and Billing tabs remain unchanged, with no major new updates. We've focused on improving the overall user experience with this UI refresh. As part of this update, we'll be releasing new feature updates in the coming weeks and months, so be sure to stay tuned for those.

If you have any other questions as you explore the new interface, please don't hesitate to reach out to your dedicated Account Manager.
