How to Export Shipped Orders from the Atomix App

Steps to Export Shipped Orders

Follow these instructions to generate and download your report:

  1. Log in to the Atomix App: Access your dashboard using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Orders: On the left-hand sidebar, click on the Orders tab.

  3. Filter by Status: * To export only completed orders, select the Shipped status from the top filter bar.

    • You can also apply additional filters such as Date Range, Carrier, or Store ID to narrow down your results.

  4. Select Orders: * Click the checkbox at the top of the list to select all orders on the current page.

    • If you have multiple pages, look for the option "Select all orders that match this filter" to ensure your entire history is included.

  5. Click Export: * Once the orders are selected, click the Export button (usually located at the top right of the order table).

    • A pop-up will ask you to confirm the export.

  6. Download the File: * The system will process the request and generate a CSV file.

    • Depending on the number of orders, you will either receive a direct download link or an email notification once the file is ready.

What Information is Included in the Export?

The exported CSV file contains detailed columns for each order, including:

  • Order ID: Your unique Atomix and Store reference numbers.

  • Customer Information: Name and shipping address.

  • SKU Details: Items and quantities fulfilled.

  • Tracking Numbers: Direct links to carrier tracking.

  • Shipping Method: The specific service level used (e.g., FedEx Ground, USPS Ground Advantage).

  • Ship Date: The exact date and time the label was scanned.

Troubleshooting

  • Missing Orders: If an order doesn't appear in the export, double-check that it has been marked as Shipped. Orders in "Pending" or "Processing" will not show up in a Shipped Order export.

  • Large Files: If you are exporting thousands of orders at once, the process may take a few minutes. Please check your email inbox (including spam) for the download link.
