We're excited to announce a new feature in our Atomix App that allows you to map out your own shipping methods. This feature is available to both new and existing clients. Here's how to use it:

Steps to Map Your Shipping Methods

  1. Log into the Atomix App

  2. Navigate to the Accounts tab

  3. On your Account page, locate the "Shipping Methods" section

  4. Click on the plus (+) icon

  5. Input your requested shipping service name

  6. Select from the following options:

    • Economy

    • Ground

    • Express

    • International

Note: If you select International, please inform your Account Manager or Onboarding Manager about which international service you'd like to use and whether you want to offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We currently do not offer rate shopping for international services due to the varying customs and shipping setup requirements for each service.

Rate Shopping

We will rate shop between Economy, Ground, and Express options. Keep in mind:

  • Economy is the cheapest option

  • Ground is the mid-range option

  • Express is the most expensive option

Completing the Process

Once you've selected your Atomix shipment choice, your ship mapping will be created.

Viewing Your Ship Mapping

You can view your ship mapping in two ways:

  1. When creating a new order

  2. In the shipping details of an order that has flowed through with the new requested shipping service name

Important Note for Existing Clients

If you're an existing client and you add a new requested shipping service name, it is mandatory for you to create the new ship mapping in our App.

By using this feature, you can customize your shipping options to better suit your business needs and provide more accurate shipping information to your customers.
