Atomix takes pride in providing quick and accurate fulfillment. In order to ship out our orders in a timely manner, we require they are in our system in the RECEIVED status by a certain time to go out the same day.

In this article, we address frequently asked questions about shipping times. Please carefully read through the information below to make sure your orders will go out as expected.

What time do orders need to be in the Atomix system to be shipped out the same day?

Expedited/Overnight

Orders received on any Business Day before 12:00 PM (local warehouse time) will be shipped on the same Business Day

Standard/Flat-rate

My order is On Hold in the Atomix platform. Will it still go out?

Nope! Order that are on hold will not ship out. Orders must be removed from hold and in the RECEIVED status of the Atomix app BEFORE the daily cutoff times to ship out.

My product has gone viral! Will all my orders still ship out same-day?

Surges in orders may mean that it takes extra time for our team to fulfill and ship. It also means that fulfillment during a surge could cost extra. Please see your contract for details on increases in orders, time, and fulfillment cost.

Are there times during the year when these requirements/cutoff times change?

Yes! Our cutoff times will change during the fourth quarter each year. These changes will be communicated by our team in advance.

It's past the cutoff, but I really need this order to go out. Can you make an exception for me?

Our team will do our best to get your orders out the door each day, but it's impossible for us to guarantee that the order will still be picked up by the carrier if it is past the cutoff time for orders.
