The Atomix App is designed to give you greater control over all the things you need to help your clients (address changes, OOS SKU notifications, reporting) within a friendly and easy-to-navigate interface. We're very proud to offer these advanced capabilities and flexibility to our partners.
Why can't Atomix make these changes for me?
Clients are responsible for making changes requested by their customers, including editing SKUs or addresses. This ensures that each change is made exactly the way you require. Editing in the app means that you will receive an instant update on the changes made to the order.
How to Edit an Order Address?
Log into your Account
Click on Orders Tab
Search or Select your Order Number
Next Click on "Edit Address Icon"
Input correct address address details. In the example above unit number is missing e.g. enter 2907
To save your address changes click on "save icon"
Your edits have been made successfully!
Why is your order still under the needs review section even after fixing the address?
With our new update you can now Manually Verify the Address on our App! Please note, if your order is not successfully delivered to an address Atomix has flagged as invalid, Atomix is not responsible for any additional costs, fees, or claims.
Go on the Orders page
Click on Edit Address Icon
Check the Manually Verify Address box or Use our Suggested Address
Next click on the Save file icon
You will notice your order Address has been manually verified!
How to edit/remove a SKU(s)?
Go to your Orders page
Where it says Product Details, click on the editing pen icon
Check of the I understand box and click next
Make the necessary changes in Order (Please note: never change your SKU quantity to "0". To remove an item click on the remove icon)
Once your Order edits have been made click "Next"
Review your order Edits and then click "Submit"
Your order edits have been made successfully!
Please note:
Order edits can only be made only when it is in the Received, Needs Review or On Hold section. Once an order is processing or has been shipped out please reach out to your Account Manager. Any changes to an order once its being processed or has shipped may come at an extra charge. Click here to view.
