Can shipped or processing orders be cancelled?

Orders should be edited or cancelled before they are "processing"

Our policy regarding changing orders at Atomix, is that once the order is picked it cannot be changed.

There is a $30 fee for Atomix to try to change an order after it’s been picked, and a $50 fee for orders that have been shipped that we attempt to recall, re-route or chase down in the warehouse and void. Due to the volume of orders processing at our warehouse, once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel the order.

If you would like to change or edit an order, please make sure to do this during the "received" stage of order processing, in the Atomix App.
