2 Methods to Creating & Uploading Inventory in Atomix App
Uploading Single SKUs:
โ1. When creating single SKUs, go to the Atomix Dashboard and click "Inventory"
2. Click on "Actions" > "+ Create Inventory"
3. Enter Inventory Information in the Pop-up Box
Make sure the SKU entered in our App matches with the SKU in your online store. Also make sure to input the accurate weight and dimensions of the product as well.
Important note:
Do not change a SKU in your online store once you have entered it into the Atomix App.
Do not duplicate a SKU in your online store once you have entered it into the Atomix App.
4. Once all Information is filled out, please review and click Submit!
Bulk Uploading Multiple SKUs:
1. When uploading multiple SKUs, go to the Atomix Dashboard and click "Inventory"
2. Click on "Actions" > "Upload Inventory"
3. Next click on "Upload New" > click on "Download CSV Template here" > Enter and Fill out all the SKU information, drag and upload the file in our App. When uploading your file, please make sure it is in CSV format.
4. Review All Data and Make Sure that it is Absolutely Accurate

6. Click "Next" and then click "Submit"
How does missing information impact the cost and speed of fulfillment?
Missing barcodes (UPCs) from inventory in the Atomix app, or mismatched barcodes, will add 5-10 business days (excluding Mondays) to the timeline, and any time spent by our team to fix this issue (before or after your launch) will be billed at $60/hour.
