Go to the Returns tab on the App

Click on Action > Create Return

Enter Information in the Pop-Up Form. If you want us to send a return label to your customer please make sure to check the box as shown below. Then click "Next"

Select Items to be returned and click "Next"

Review if all information is correct and then click "Submit"
