Go to the Returns tab on the App

Click on Create Return

Enter Information in the Pop-Up Form. If you want us to send a return label to your customer please make sure to check the box as shown below.

Select Items to be returned.

Review if all information is correct and then click "Submit" on the bottom right of your screen.
