What are Special Projects?

Special projects are one-off tasks that fall outside the normal daily Pick/Pack Process. Examples of Special Projects are:

  • Re-Receiving Inventory

  • Inventory Cycle Counts

  • Kitting of SKUs

  • FBA Prep

  • Barcoding & Labeling

  • B2B Orders

  • Re-Packaging Items

  • Orders for influencers, PR, or VIPs that require special pick/pack process and/or thank you notes

  • Quality Assurance

How do I request a Special Project?

  1. First, our brand partners determine what type of work is required. This step is handled by submitting our Special Project Form.

  2. Next, your dedicated Account Manager will reach out to go over any details.

  3. Once the Project Estimates are confirmed by the and submitted, the Atomix Team performs the job.

  4. After the job is complete, your Account Manager will follow up with the final details related to your project time and cost.

Timeline for Special Projects:

Special Projects will be completed within 5 business days once it is completely submitted. If the volume of the project requires more than 5 business days, the Customer Experience team will reach out and let you know.

For a request to be completely submitted, Atomix must have all data and inventory necessary in order to complete the Special Project, and the client must approve the quote from their Account Manager. Once a request is completely submitted, Please allow the Atomix Team up to 5 business days to complete the Special Project.

How much do Special Projects Cost?

The minimum cost for a Special Project is $60 regardless of the time they take to complete, with each additional hour per-person of labor billed at $60. Special Projects that take less than 1 hour to complete will be billed at $60.

The cost of additional supplies such as boxes, stickers, or packaging materials will be added to the cost of labor for the project, and are paid for by the client.

For large-volume kitting, please reach out to the Customer Experience team to find out if you are eligible for a different pricing structure, depending on the volume/number of kits.
