Uploading Inventory: Single & Bulk Methods

Learn how to create and upload your inventory into the Atomix App using our two available methods: single SKU entry or bulk uploads via CSV templates.

This guide covers the two ways to add products to your Atomix catalog. Whether you are adding one item or your entire store, following these steps ensures seamless synchronization and avoids fulfillment delays.

Method 1: Single SKU Entry

Best for adding one or two new products at a time.

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard: Log in to your Atomix portal and click Inventory on the sidebar.

  2. Initialize: Click the Create Inventory button.

  3. Input Data: Enter your product details.

  4. Final Verification: Ensure the SKU entered here matches your online store exactly. Verify that the weight and dimensions are accurate, as these determine your shipping costs.

    Important Notes:

  • Never change a SKU in your online store once it has been synced to the Atomix App.

  • Never create duplicate SKUs for the same product.

   5. Submit: Click Submit to finalize the creation.

Method 2: Bulk SKU Upload

Best for initial onboarding or large product updates.

  1. Go to Inventory: Click Inventory in your main menu.

  2. Start Upload: Select Upload Inventory.

  3. Use the Template: Click the "Download CSV Template" link.

  4. Prepare Data: Fill out the template with your SKU information.

    • Required Format: The file must be saved as a .CSV file.

  5. Upload: Drag and drop your file into the app.

  6. Review & Confirm: Carefully review the preview window to ensure all data is accurate. Click Next to finalize the upload. You will receive a confirmation once the process is complete.
