Looking to find out how many orders were shipped out in a week, or how many orders came in and were shipped out during that time? This FAQ has the answers for you.

How can I check how many orders were shipped out during a certain week?

A: You can export the shipped orders from the Atomix app and filter by the following criteria:

  • Order Date

  • Ship Date

  • Contains SKU

  • Tracking Status (in transit, out for delivery, delivered, failed delivery)

  • Warehouse (MKE or SLC)

This will allow you to see how many orders were shipped out during a specific time period.

How do I export the shipped orders from the Atomix app?

A: Here are the steps to export your shipped orders:

  1. Log into the Atomix app

  2. Go to the "Orders" section

  3. Click on the three dots next to processing to view your Shipped orders.

  4. Next set your Order date range or Ship date range

  5. To add additional filters click on the three dots next to ship date if you want to search by a certain SKU etc.

  6. Once all your filters have been applied click on the export icon next to the refresh and create order button

  7. Your export will then start to generate and you can then retrieve and download the file from your desktop.

The same steps can be used to export orders in other statuses like "Needs Review", "Received", "Processing", or "On Hold".

This allows you to analyze your shipped orders and get insights into your order volume, fulfillment times, and more.
