When managing inventory, every minute counts. Atomix understands this, which is why we offer a streamlined process to expedite receiving for our clients. Our "Good Faith Receiving" approach ensures that once your inventory arrives at our warehouse(s), we can quickly review and complete the receiving process, allowing your fulfillment to continue without delays.

How Our Good Faith Receiving Works

Once your inventory arrives at our facility, Atomix immediately begins reviewing the shipment. We focus on the quantities inputted into our App and cross reference them with the items delivered. This rapid review allows us to process the incoming stock and update your records swiftly, ensuring your inventory levels reflect the latest deliveries. The goal is to minimize downtime and help you maintain efficient inventory management.

Understanding the Risks and Limitations

While our Good Faith Receiving process is designed to expedite your operations, it is crucial to understand its limitations. Atomix relies on the quantities provided in our App to complete the receiving process promptly. Therefore, we operate under the assumption that the data inputted is accurate and complete.

Atomix does not assume liability for discrepancies that may arise from incorrect or incomplete quantities inputted during this process. If there are errors in the data provided to us, this could impact your inventory levels and potentially affect future orders. For example, underestimating quantities could result in stock shortages, while overestimating could lead to excess inventory that ties up valuable resources.

Mitigating Risks and Ensuring Accuracy

To minimize any risks, we recommend that our clients regularly audit their inventory data and verify the accuracy of quantities entered into the Atomix App. Additionally, make sure to follow Atomix's receiving guidelines for a faster receiving process and to avoid potential delays and additional costs.
