How To Edit An Inventory Item

Use this article if you need to make updates or edits to an already existing sku

  1. When making an edit or update to a SKU, go to the Atomix Dashboard and click "Inventory"

*Edits can only be made to Inventory items and packaging items

2. Select the item you need to edit

*Only item details and Customs Info can be changed

3. Click on the editing pen icon for the field you are updating.

4. Input the needed information.

5. Next, click on the Save file icon.

Additional Information:

  1. It is extremely important to make sure the details you add or update are accurate for your items.

  2. Incorrect dimensions for items can result in fees from carriers

  3. Incorrect Customs Info can result in return to sender packages, packages denied at customs or given incorrect fees, and orders unable to ship from the Atomix facility
