The holiday season is right around the corner, and it’s so important to us that you’re set up for success during this very busy time of year.
In anticipation of the great volume of orders that will be going out, we’ve created a PDF (attached) with a guide to all of our holiday shipping deadlines, and information about increased shipping costs, surcharges, and delays. Our team will be working around the clock to get your orders out the door, however Atomix cannot guarantee Christmas delivery of any package.
Please take note of our key daily operations:
The cut off time for express shipments is 10AM CST
The cut off time for non-express shipments is 2PM CST
Shipments MUST be in BEFORE 11/15
If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your account manager as soon as possible. Account managers will be available for any questions from 11/25 to 12/16 from 8AM CST to 6PM CST daily, and weekends as needed. Patrick will also be available to answer questions – please go through your account manager to schedule a call if needed.
