The holiday season is the busiest time of the year at Atomix. To keep your orders moving smoothly, we need to manage inbound shipments with extra structure. The following guidelines apply to all shipments arriving between:
Effective Dates: November 18 – December 12
These steps ensure that inbound product is received and available for sale while also protecting the labor needed for outbound order fulfillment. During this season all team members are allocated to order support. Inbound receivings mean we need to supply additional workforce to complete the inbound shipment.
1. Communication Required
All inbound shipments during this period must be communicated to Atomix by the client directly.
Communication is completed only by filling out the Peak Holiday Receiving Form.
This form must be submitted for every inbound shipment during this period.
Emails, Slack, or carrier notifications will not be accepted as official communication.
Shipments that arrive without a completed form will be subject to an additional $250 fee.
Action Required: Clients must submit the Peak Holiday Receiving Form as soon as shipment details are confirmed. This is the only accepted method of communication during peak season.
2. Additional Fees & SLA
All shipments arriving during this timeframe will incur an additional $500 flat fee on top of standard receiving costs.
Processing SLA for shipments is 7 business days.
Planning ahead ensures your product is available when you need it.
3. Scheduling in Conduit
All deliveries must have an appointment scheduled in Conduit with the exact delivery date.
Delivery dates can be managed directly by your freight company.
Shipments arriving without a Conduit appointment will be treated as unscheduled (see below).
4. Unscheduled Shipments
Any shipment that arrives without a scheduled appointment in Conduit will be charged an additional $250 dock fee.
This fee covers the labor pulled from peak order support to unload unplanned trucks.
No exceptions: scheduling an appointment is required.
5. Monday Shipments (Blocked Days)
Mondays are fully blocked for inbound shipments during this period.
Any shipment that arrives on a Monday will be charged an additional $500 fee on top of all other applicable fees.
These shipments will be unloaded for safety, but the SLA will not begin until Tuesday.
All standard peak fees and policies will still apply.
6. Blackout Dates (No Inbound Allowed)
Black Friday (Friday, November 28, 2025) and Cyber Monday (Monday, December 1, 2025) are fully blocked for inbound shipments.
Absolutely no inbound shipments may be scheduled or delivered on these dates.
Any shipment that arrives at Atomix on Black Friday or Cyber Monday will be refused at the dock and turned away.
To avoid disruptions and additional costs from carriers, please ensure your freight company does not attempt delivery on these days.
