Atomix shipped the wrong SKU
An item was missing
Packaging or kit instructions were not followed
Credits are processed as follows:

Report within 30 days via Intercom or your Pod Manager
Submit order number, description of the issue, and photo(s) of the packing slip/order received
If Atomix is at fault, we will re-ship and credit the fulfillment and shipping cost
Note: Atomix does not issue credits for issues due to incorrect inventory data, address errors, or carrier mishandling.
