What if my store connection breaks or an order fails to sync?

If your Shopify, Amazon, or other platform connection breaks:

  1. Check the Atomix App for sync errors under the Orders tab > "Needs Review"

  2. Re-authenticate your store connection via the "Stores" tab

  3. Contact support via Intercom or your Account Manager

For missed orders:

  • You can manually create the order in Atomix

  • You can reprocess order sync if the error is resolved

To prevent issues:

  • Never change SKUs, shipping method names, or bundle formats in your eComm platform without notifying Atomix

  • Set up real-time error notifications and webhook alerts during onboarding
