If your Shopify, Amazon, or other platform connection breaks:
Check the Atomix App for sync errors under the Orders tab > "Needs Review"
Re-authenticate your store connection via the "Stores" tab
Contact support via Intercom or your Account Manager
For missed orders:
You can manually create the order in Atomix
You can reprocess order sync if the error is resolved
To prevent issues:
Never change SKUs, shipping method names, or bundle formats in your eComm platform without notifying Atomix
Set up real-time error notifications and webhook alerts during onboarding
