Atomix requires all inbound shipments to have both:
An ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) attached to each box or pallet
A Conduit booking appointment made at least 5 days in advance
If your shipment arrives without either:
You will be charged $10 per pallet per day for unscheduled deliveries
Your receiving SLA may be extended by 10–15 business days
Atomix may need to re-wrap, re-label, or re-sort items at your expense ($60/hour + supplies)
