Yes. Atomix implements tier-based pricing structures with minimum order volume requirements. Tiers are established during onboarding based on your projected average monthly order volume and are used to define your fulfillment rates.
If your monthly volume falls below your assigned tier, you may still be billed for the minimum fulfillment fee associated with that tier to maintain service, warehouse resources, and platform access. Additionally:

Storage fees are billed monthly as long as inventory remains in our warehouse, regardless of order volume or shipping activity.
The software & platform fee is charged monthly for continued access to the Atomix App, dashboard, reporting tools, and system integrations, whether or not orders were fulfilled.
