How does Atomix handle surge order volume during promotions or launches?

Atomix plans and adjusts resources in advance to meet the needs of your promotions, product launches, and seasonal events. Per your SLA:
​

  • Brands must notify Atomix at least 2 weeks in advance for any surge that exceeds 10% of your average daily volume.

  • Failure to notify may result in Atomix adding up to 3 additional business days to fulfillment SLA.

We advise:
​

  • Booking a planning call with your Pod Manager

  • Sharing marketing timelines, forecasts, and SKU-specific volume

  • Pre-positioning inventory across both warehouse locations if applicable
