New Inbound Booking Requirements

Why is Atomix changing its receiving process?
Atomix is constantly striving to improve our receiving process to provide faster and better service. Our new partnership with Conduit, our inbound booking software, will help us manage inventory arrivals more efficiently.
Is the Conduit booking system required?
Yes. All clients are now required to book their inbound shipments via Conduit. This requirement helps us better manage your inventory's arrival and improves our receiving process.
What options does Conduit provide?
Conduit offers three primary options:
Schedule a delivery
Schedule a pickup
Lookup an appointment
How do I use the Conduit booking system?
Create your receiving as usual in the Atomix system
You will automatically be directed to Conduit (If you are not directed to Conduit automatically click on “Schedule” button under your receiving)
Select one of the options: Schedule a delivery, Schedule a pickup, or Lookup an appointment
Follow the guided steps and input your information. Make sure to input your ASN Number by downloading your ASN Document from our Atomix App.
Once complete, you'll receive a confirmation email
Can I modify my booking information?
Yes. If you entered information incorrectly, you can always return to manage your booking details through the confirmation email you receive.
Do I still need to create a receiving and attach an ASN label?
Yes. You are still required to:
Create a receiving in the Atomix system
Attach an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) label with all your shipments
Input your ASN number in Conduit
What is the purpose of this new requirement?
This new requirement is solely for better managing your inventory's arrival, which will lead to improved efficiency in our receiving process.
