What are handwritten notes?
Personalized, handwritten messages that can be added to your order, perfect for making your delivery more special and personal.
How do I request a handwritten note?
Place your order on the Atomix App
Make sure to add your custom note under the notes section while creating the order or once an order comes through in our App from your online store.
Place the order on hold in our Atomix App
Message our Customer Experience team via Intercom
Once your request is received, your order will be processed under normal processing times by our team.
What about note cards?
You must provide your own custom note cards if you want something specific
If no custom cards are provided, we'll use Atomix branded note cards
We do not offer printing services for custom note cards
Custom cards should be delivered to us before or with your order and it needs to be created as a SKU in our App and must have a receiving created for it.
What's the cost?
1-100 characters: $2.50
101-200 characters: $5.00
201-300 characters: $7.50
301-400 characters: $10.00 (Price increases by $2.50 for each additional 100 characters)
What counts as a character?
Everything counts! Letters, numbers, spaces, punctuation marks, and special characters all count toward your total.
Can I make changes to my note?
Yes, but only if you haven't received confirmation that your note has been processed. Contact our Customer Experience team immediately if you need changes.
Will my order be delayed?
Your order will be temporarily placed on hold while we process your handwritten note request. Once confirmed, it will proceed normally.
What if my message is too long?
Our team will let you know if your message exceeds our character limits and work with you to adjust it.
Can I see a preview?
Due to the handwritten nature of the notes, we cannot provide previews. However, our team ensures each note is written clearly and professionally.
