The exciting new receiving feature is effective from February 2nd, 2025, for all our new and existing clients. We're introducing a streamlined Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) system to enhance your receiving process.
When To Use:
When sending inventory to our warehouse
When coordinating with manufacturers
For both domestic and international shipments to Atomix.
How It Works:
Create a receiving shipment in our Atomix App
Download the ASN form by clicking on your receiving shipment (automatically assigns a unique tracking number)
3. Send the form to your manufacturer to complete:
Total number of cartons/boxes in shipment
Detailed SKU breakdown per carton
Quantity of each SKU
Lot numbers and batch codes (If applicable)
Expiration dates (for applicable products)
4. Make sure the ASN document is attached on the outside of your incoming boxes.

WARNING: To avoid delays and penalties, all incoming shipments must include the completed ASN document.
